See all questionsNo. A housekeeper only sees the few buttons they need. There is no app to download and no email account to set up: just a link saved on the phone, a username and a PIN. Training takes about half a morning.
It takes four weeks from signing. There is a one off fee for building the system, paid half on signing and half on delivery, plus a monthly fee for hosting, fixes and support. The price depends on how many departments you have and how your rooms are managed, so we give it to you during the call.
Your data belongs to you and you can export it at any time, without asking us. Your right to use the system is written into the contract.
